CIDCO Lottery 2024

Under the Cidco Housing Scheme 2024 affordable housing units will be constructed under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY). All applications for Cidco Lottery 20234 will be accepted on the website www.cidcoindia.com. The houses will be constructed by Industrial Development Corporation (CIDCO) at an affordable rate with an amount of Rs 19,000 crore, out of which 53,000 housing units will be made available for the Lower Income Group (LIG) category and the remaining 41,000 units for weaker sections (EWS) category. All the housing units will be constructed in 2 km areas of the rail network, bus terminals, and metro network.

The main objective of the introduction of the Cidco Lottery is to provide housing at affordable rates to economically backward, poor people. Eligibility Criteria

• An individual or family whose monthly income is Rs 25,000 can apply in the Cidco Housing Scheme under the category {EWS}. Under the EWS category, people from weaker sections are placed.
• Similarly, a person or family whose monthly income is Rs 25,000-50,000 can apply under CIDCO Housing Scheme under the category {LIG}. The middle-class families are placed under the EWS category.

Procedure to Registration under CIDCO Lottery 2024

• First, you need to visit the official website of City and Industrial Development Corporation of Maharashtra.
• On the homepage of the website, you have to click on the option of “Register for Lottery” in the menu.

• The application registration form will open in front of you, here you have to enter your details such as “User Name“, “Password” and “Confirm Password“.
• Enter the first name, surname, father’s name, date of birth and mobile number and click on the “Submit” button provided.
• A system message will appear, ticking the checkbox and filling in the CAPTCHA code and clicking on the “Confirm” option.
• A message will appear on the screen in which you have to enter the OTP received on the registered mobile number.
• An application form will appear on your screen, in which you have to enter monthly income on PAN card, PAN card number, PAN number and applicant’s name etc.
• By entering the Aadhaar card number, re-enter the name of the applicant as Aadhaar number and Aadhaar card.
• Upload the scanned copy of Aadhaar card in JPEG form between 5 Kb to 300 Kb and click on “Save” option.
• Upload your recently scanned colour photo in JPEG form between 5 Kb to 50 Kb.
• Applicant’s name, father / husband name, date of birth, occupation, marital status, gender address, PIN code, mobile number, email ID, residence telephone number, office telephone number, bank account number, bank and branch name and IFSC code, also enter MICR number.
• In the last step, enter the CAPTCHA code given in the picture on the screen and click on the “Confirm” option.
