- All persons who are not availing reservation for SC, ST and OBC category. Also, whose total family income is less than 8 lakhs per year. (Here family income includes earning from all sources like agriculture, salary, occupation, occupation etc.)
- Those persons who hold the following properties in addition to family income will not be classified under the EWS category: –
- 5 acres or more of agricultural land
