- The Prime Minister of Andhra Pradesh launched the program in Tanuku, West Godavari District. Approximately 5.2 million families will benefit from this program. The government provides a registered title upon payment of a nominal amount under a single settlement plan.
- Through this program the Government of Andhra Pradesh will waive all loans and their interest on government approved homes and grant the beneficiaries full rights to their property.
- In order to take advantage of this system, beneficiaries must make a payment of a nominal amount, and the CM of Andhra Pradesh launched the program in Tanuku, West Godavari district.
- Beneficiaries will also receive registration documents. After paying the principal amount, the beneficiaries can pass the asset on to the next generation, take out a loan and sell their property at market price.

- These loans have been originated by the AP Housing Board Corporation since 2011.
