The Chief minister of West Bengal Mamta Banerjee decided to Launch the Parijayee Shramik Online Scheme, under which problems of migrant workers will be solved and they will be provided with various skill development initiatives. Financial assistanceand other benefits will be provided to the workers of the state in case of death or accidental injury to the migrant worker or their family.And in case of emergencies like pandemic or lock down like situation, emergency alert can be raised through this Portal.
