Karnataka Janasevaka Scheme :- A new scheme for the people of the state has been started by the concerned Ministry of Government of Karnataka. The scheme was launched by Karnataka Chief Minister BS Yeddyurappa. the Janasevaka Scheme will ensure home delivery of various services like ration card, health card, and senior citizen identification. The objective of the program is to bring the benefits of government schemes to the door-to-door. Now people will not have to make unnecessary travel to government offices and stand in queues. Rather they can make just one request and get home delivery of services in a hassle-free manner.

Karnataka Janasevaka Scheme 2023
Karnataka Jansevak is a scheme to avail of a government scheme. The government of Karnataka has launched the Karnataka Janasevaka scheme, for doorstep delivery of services. In Karnataka Jansevak Yojana, you can book your slot through a call center (080-44554455) or mobile app or website (janasevaka.karnataka.gov.in). Karnataka Janasevaka Scheme Slot Booking
People can download the Karnataka Jansevak mobile app, call and request a service at the call center and even book an slot under the Karnataka Jansevak Yojana by filling the application form on the website. All these 3 methods are explained in the following description:
Via Call Centre
There are the steps to place a Karnataka Public Servant service request to booking your slot through call center
- First of all, you can call toll free number 08044554455 at the call center and request for service.
- The call center executive present in the call will be informed about the service details such as required documents, service charges and other related things.
- On receiving confirmation from your side, the desired slot will be booked based on availability.
- You will receive an OTP on your registered mobile number. This OTP must be shared with the public service at the time of service delivery.
- After the booking is confirmed, the public servant will be assigned to complete the service in that particular slot.
- The public servants will visit your home on the requested date and time. After sharing the OTP with the public servant, he will assist the citizen in filling the service application form.
- He will scan and upload any documents needed to avail the service. Accordingly, the public servant will collect the service fee along with the necessary department fees for obtaining the service.
- Later, citizens will receive an acknowledgment of delivery via SMS on their registered mobile number.
- Once the application is processed by the concerned department, Jan Seva will distribute the certificate / NOC / permission / license etc. to the citizen’s home.
- After completion of the service, feedback will be sought from the citizens for further improvement in service delivery under the Karnataka Janasevaka Scheme.
Via Mobile App
Here are the steps for placing a Karnataka Janasevaka service request to booking a slot through a mobile application:
- First of all, go to Android Play Store or Apple Store and download the Karnataka Janseva Mobile One App.
- Log on to the Karnataka Janseva mobile app and click on Jan Seva. After this, citizens can check the list of services available on the app.
- On clicking the required service, the service details (required documents, service charges etc.) will be displayed.
- After confirmation from the citizens, the available slots will be displayed to the citizens. Citizens can book any available slots based on their convenience.
- Once the slot is booked, an OTP will be sent to the citizen who will have to share it with the public service at the time of service delivery.
- After the booking is confirmed, the public servant will be assigned to complete the service in that particular slot.
- The public servants will visit the citizen’s home on the requested date and time. After sharing the OTP with the public servant, he will assist the citizen in filling the service application form.

- On the homepage of the website, you have to click on the option of “book slot” in the menu. After this, a booking page will open in front of you.

- Find the list of required supporting documents, check time slot availability and book a time slot
