The Department of Social Justice has launched an ambitious scheme of distribution of gadgets for 29 lakh disabled persons through Maha Sharad Digital Platform on 12 December 2020. In addition, by March 2021, a new Maha Sharad App will be made available for Android smartphone users to download on the Google play store.
Earlier, as a gift to NCP chief Sharad Pawar, the State Cabinet Committee has approved the Sharad Pawar Gram Samridhi Yojana.
