- The registration form will open on your screen
- Enter the required details such as Pregnant Mother name,Building/door/flat no,block no/name,Street no/name,Area name,District,Pin code etc
- Select your preferred time to visit VHN
- Enter your EMail ID,Mobile number and Captcha code
- Click on the Generate OTP button
- An OTP will sent to your registration mobile number
- Enter the received OTP and click on the Save button to complete the registration process
- If your registration is successful, you will be given a 12-digit RCH ID
- To create your username and password,enter the 12-digit RCH ID number
