YSR Nadu Nedu Scheme
As we know, the state government of Andhra Pradesh comes with a new scheme in education sector named as YSR Nadu Nedu scheme,Under this scheme, the Andhra Pradesh government will provide infrastructure of the schools in systematic manner.Over the course of three years, beginning in 2019–20, the infrastructure of the schools will be turned into a mission mode in a stepwise fashion. The learning outcomes will improve with the implementation of this plan and the dropout rate will also be reduced.The Nadu Nadu scheme, which covers residential schools, will encompass a total of 44512 institutions.
The 9 infrastructure components will be implemented.15715 schools have been covered in the first phase of the scheme.Under this first phase Rs 3650 crore is going by the state government and in the second phases Rs 4535 crore spent by the AP government and it will cover 12663 schools in the state.
Under the scheme the various schools are being converted as Panchayat Raj Municipal administration, Social welfare School education, BC welfareTribal welfare, Minority welfare,Juvenile welfare and Fisheries department.
