The state government of Haryana has launched a portal in which the citizens can apply for any government group of C & D position. The applicant needs to register themselves once in the portal and they will be eligible for any government position of C & D in the state and The Common Separate Eligibility Test CET is carried out.
Under the portal Common Eligibility Test on a single form that is acceptable for jobs in Groups C and D of all government entities. The Haryana Personnel Selection Committee has determined that the results of this examination are reliable for a period of three years. If you want to apply for a Group C and D post in the government offices of the state of Haryana, you have to pass this Common Eligibility State Test first.

The One Time Registration Portal was launched with the main objective of solving the issue of students’ repeated application and fee submission procedures. You simply need to register once with your family’s unique ID via this site before you may apply for any recruiting procedure.
Benefits of HSSC Portal
- On January 12, 2021, Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar delivered the One Time Registration Portal for Haryana for Group C and D characterization jobs and non-gazetted posts in various government divisions to aid the rivals of government associations in Haryana. - For Group C and Group D postings, a separate Common Eligibility Test CET will be advised, and this will be adequate for all practical purposes.
- Although selection for Group D roles will be based on the Common Entrance Test, which also considers tickets based on socio-financial norms and experience, up-and-comers are evidently autonomous of departmental assessment for Group C postings.
- For Group D positions and Group C posts, the weighting under financial measures will not be more than 10% and 5%, respectively.

- The minimum qualification for the group C & D positions is 10th and 12th qualified, and the applicant should at least hold the minimum qualification.
- Candidates from the general category must pay 500 rupees, but those from the restricted categories need to pay 250 rupees as one time registration fee
- The candidate should be at least 18 years old

Application process for the HSSC portal
- The step by step process of application for the HSSC portal is as
- Applicant need to visit the official website of the portal and load to the home page
- You must input your cell phone number and the captcha code on the website’s main page
- Now select the “Login” option from the menu. A fresh page will then appear in front of you after that.
- You will get an OTP on your mobile device. To submit, just enter this OTP and click the submit tab.
- After reading the instructions, press the “I Agree” box. Then click the submit tab.
- A registration form will appear on the screen of your device. Complete this form with all the necessary information and you will be successfully registered for the portal.
- Click the Save Draft button to continue. In order to submit your application, verify the previously entered information once more, fill out the remaining fields, and then click the submit tab.
