The Mo Ghara Scheme, a new household programme for rural areas of Odisha was introduced by Chief Minister Shri Naveen Patnaik to offer financial assistance to households with lower and lower middle incomes would cover around 4 lakh persons living in rural areas and cost the Government of Odisha Rs. 2,150 crores over two years.
