The Cattle Health Card has been launched by the Jagan Mohan Reddy government of Andhra Pradesh to look after the cattle of the farmers. The state government is expected to issue the AP Cattle Health Card by the end of this year. A roadmap has been prepared to implement this scheme through 11,158 Routh Trust Centers to be built in the state. Information in AP Animal Health Cards

The following information will be made available under AP Animal Health Cards.

  • Aadhaar card number
  • Residential address
  • Phone number
  • Name of the farmer / livestock owner
  • Details of the cows, buffaloes, sheep, and goat which are owned by the farmer

Through this card, farmers will be able to get compensation through health card in the event of animal’s death. Cattle Health Card distribution will start from May 30 at Rythu Bharosa centers.
