CM Majhi Announces 1st Installment Date Announced
The BJP government, led by CM Mohan Majhi, allocated ₹10,000 crore for the Subhadra Yojana in the 2024–25 budget last month. While a standard operating procedure (SOP) is being developed, minutes from a recent meeting by the Department of Women and Child Development indicated that, starting this year, 79.14 lakh women between the ages of 21 and 60 from 65.25 lakh families will receive ₹5,000 twice a year. According to the latest notification, all eligible women will receive the 1st installment of the Subhadra Yojana on Rakhi Purnima.
