There was an initiative of the Mineral Development Corporation and the Department of Industry and Commerce, the State Government, to give effect to sand sales management in the state of Telangana.

Required Documents

Registration

If you register for government work, you need an official ID.
To register for a private company/firm you need an Aadhaar card, PAN card, and registration copy.

Apply

To apply under government work, you need an official letter, contract copy/work order, and sand copy/estimate copy required material.
If you want to apply under a private company/firm, you need a Building Permission / Approval Scheme, an Authorized signatory on company letter 0000E, and ID proof of application form is also required.

First of all, you need to go to the SSMMS official website. After this, the homepage of the website will appear in front of you.
On the homepage of the website, you have to click on the option “Registration“.
On clicking, a dropdown list will appear, select the “Customer Registration” option from the list.

A new webpage will open. Enter your mobile number in the space provided.
After entering the mobile number, click on the option “Send OTP”.
An OTP will be sent to your mobile number. Enter this OTP in the box provided on the screen.
An application form will open on the screen in front of you.
Enter all the information like District, Village, House no., Email Id, etc.
Fill the CAPTCHA code given in the picture, click on the “Register” button.

SSMMS Customer Registration Status

First of all, you need to go to the official website of the SSMMS Portal. After this, the homepage of the website will appear in front of you.
On the homepage of the website, you have to click on the option “Registration“.
On clicking, a dropdown list will appear, select the “Customer Registered” option from the list.
A list of all registered customers will appear on your screen.
Now enter your registered mobile number in the box provided, the current records will be displayed on your screen as soon as you enter the number (if present).

First of all, you need to go to the SSMMS official website. After this, the homepage of the website will appear in front of you.
On the homepage of the website, you have to click on the option “Registration“.
On clicking, a dropdown list will appear, select the “Customer Registered List” option from the list.
A new webpage will be displayed on the screen.
Now enter your registered mobile number in the box provided, the current records will be displayed on your screen (if Available).

SSMMS Portal Sand Booking Online Procedure

You will be able to book a sand order online on the official website by following the steps given. The details of all the necessary steps for this are as follows.

First of all, you need to go to the official website SSMMS Portal. After this, the homepage of the website will appear in front of you.
On the homepage of the website, you have to click on the “Sand Booking” button.
After this, an application will open in front of you like before. Here you have to login by using the credentials.
Select your district from the dropdown box, select the Stockyard button, and fill in all the required details.
Now click on the “Create Booking” button, after which the booking will be completed.
On completion of your booking, you will receive a booking reference number with which the status of online sand booking can be checked.

Check Status of Sand Order At SSMMS Portal

You can check the status of sand booking online by booking the reference number obtained on completion of the sand booking process through the official website. For this, a description of all the necessary steps is as follows.

First of all, you need to go to the SSMMS official website. After this, the homepage of the website will appear in front of you.
On the homepage of the website, you have to click on the “Bookings ” option given.
After this, a drop-down list will appear in front of you. Here, you have to click on the “Track Your Order” option.

Now you have to enter the Order ID in the blank space and click on the “Get Status” button.
Clicking on the Get Status button will show you the status of sand booking on your computer and mobile screen.

SSMMS Telangana Vehicle Registration

Interested vehicle owners will be able to register as vehicle owners on the official website by following the steps given below.

First of all, you have to go to the SSMMS Telangana official website. After this, the homepage of the website will appear in front of you.
On the homepage of the website, you have to click on the “Registration” option.
The dropdown list will appear, choose the “Vehicle Registration” option.

After this, an application form will open in front of you. In this application form, you have to enter all the information asked.
