Telangana Ayushman Bharat Scheme 2024
The Government of Telangana has launched this Telangana Ayushman Bharat Scheme 2024 for the applicants belonging to financially backward family groups to provide health coverage of amount up to Rs. 5 Lakh. The Ayushman Bharat Yojana – National Health Protection Scheme has now been renamed as Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana. This plans to make secondary and tertiary healthcare completely cashless for the underprivileged section of society. Beneficiaries can get an e-card to avail services at an empanelled hospital public or private.

Objectives of Telangana Ayushman Bharat Scheme
The objectives of the Scheme are as follows:
- The primary objective of the scheme is to provide health facilities to the economically weaker families of the state.
- Another objective is to provide a health care of Rs. 5 Lakh per family per year for secondary and tertiary care hospitalization to poor and vulnerable families.
- The aim is to provide healthcare to 3.82 Crore individuals across the state.
- Another aim is to facilitate online cashless and paperless treatment among the natives of Telangana State.

Apply Online for Ayushman Bharat Card

- Visit the Official Website at pmjay.gov.in and choose Create ABHA Card.
- After entering the Aadhar Card number submit the OTP.
- Enter the required information in the application form.
- Attach all your documents and certificates.

- Visit your nearest Jan Seva Kendra with all your documents.
- Get verify all your documents.
- Your documents will be examine carefully by the agent.
- After the successful verification of your documents, you will be informedwithin 10 to 15 days.
