Ways of transferring Benefits

• Under the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Scheme, Rs. 6000 financial assistance will be provided every year to the beneficiary farmer.
• The amount will be provided in 3 installments, which will be available at an interval of 4 months.
• The first installment will be given between April and July, the second installment will be given between August and November and the third installment will be given between December and March.
• The implementation of the Aadhaar Link will be done through electronic data under which information will be available to all the family members who fall under the land records.
• It is mandatory to provide an Aadhaar number to avail the scheme. The benefit of this scheme will not be provided without the Aadhaar number.
• Aadhaar number is not mandatory for Assam, Meghalaya and Jammu & Kashmir. Because there is no Aadhar card of many citizens there. It is not compulsory to provide Aadhaar number to citizens of these three states till 31 March 2021.
• The list of beneficiary farmers will be certified and uploaded by all the states and union territories and through this list the funds will be electronically transferred from the state account to the beneficiary account based on the beneficiary’s account number and IFSC code.
• Financial assistance under this scheme will be routed to the beneficiary’s account through direct benefit transfer.
• It is mandatory for all the states and union territories to ensure that all the beneficiaries have recorded their details on the Kisan Samman Nidhi portal.
• It is also mandatory by the Union Territory and State Government to ensure that the details uploaded by the farmers are correct or not.
• Funds of the beneficiaries of the scheme will be transferred by the Central Government to the State Government.

Implementation of PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Scheme

• The list of beneficiaries of Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana will be prepared by all the states government.
• The beneficiaries under this list will be the name, age, gender, category, Aadhaar number, bank account number and mobile number.

The Process of Preparing Records Through PM Kisan Portal

• Login credentials will be approved by the state administration and district administration.
• The list of farmers available on PM Kisan Portal will be available at the official login of Block / Tehsil / Taluka level.

PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Scheme Rejected List

The application forms of many farmers have been rejected for being found faulty. Most applications have been rejected if they are found to be in error in the application form. The list of these rejected applications can be easily viewed in online mode. People whose names have not been included in the beneficiary list should check the rejected list. Beneficiary Guidelines for Non-Eligible Candidates

The following categories of beneficiaries of high economic status for benefits under the scheme will not be illegal.

• Former and current holders of constitutional posts can avail of this scheme.
• It is necessary to be former and current ministers, ministers of state and former, current members of Lok Sabha, Rajya Sabha, state assemblies, state legislative councils, former and current mayors of municipal corporations, former and current presidents of district panchayats.
• All serving or retired officers and employees of Central, State Government Ministries, Offices, Departments and its field units should be regular employees of Central or State Public Undertakings and attached offices, Government as well as local bodies.
• Class IV employees, except Multi-Tasking employees, are required to be Group D employees.
• All the supernatural retired pensioners of the above category whose monthly pension is more than Rs 10,000 (excluding Multi-Tasking Staff, Class IV, Group D employee)
• All persons paying income tax in the last assessment year can exclusion of the scheme.
• Professionals such as businessmen, engineers, lawyers, chartered accountants and architects are registered with and practice professional bodies.

Eligibility for Kisan Samman Nidhi Scheme

• Farmers who are under government tax, income tax, can not avail of the benefit of this scheme, although in some circumstances farmers who do not cultivate their cultivated land can also get benefits.
• People connected as class IV employees or as multi-tasking staff can register themselves under this.
• If the cultivable land is not being used by the farmer for other commercial work then the benefit can be taken.
• If the cultivable land is left barren by the farmer, he will not get the benefit of this scheme. However, this scheme will be available to the farming land or village or both in the city, both will benefit from it.
• In the event of the death of the beneficiary farmer, the benefit of this scheme will be available if his land is transferred to the family name. If the land is sold by them, the person will get the benefit in the name of the land.
