Step 5:- Click on the online application for new voter registration, after which you will be redirected to Form 6.

Step 6:- Select your state assembly, parliamentary constituency and enter the relevant details like name, age, and date of birth, place of birth, father /mother/husband name, address, contact details, and family details, etc. in the application form

Step 7:- Scan and upload all the required documents.

Step 8:- Enter the place and date of filling the form and after that review the information given in your form and click on the Submit option.
