- Those who opt to pay the full amount upfront will receive top priority for plot allocation. Next in line are applicants who pay 50% initially and complete the rest through installments. The lowest priority is given to those choosing to pay 30% upfront, with the remaining 70% in installments.
- This scheme includes a wide variety of plot sizes to meet diverse needs. The most plentiful size is 120 square meters, with a total of 262 plots available. Smaller options include plots of 67, 56, and 60 square meters. For larger plots, there are four of 2,000 square meters, eight of 1,000 square meters, and five of 500 square meters. With such a broad selection, applicants can find the perfect plot to fit their plans and aspirations.
