Delhi Marriage Certificate Eligibility Criteria
To avail this scheme, you have to fulfil the given eligibility criteria as follows-
- Both the applying parties must be of Hindu, Buddhist, Sikh or Jainism.
- At the time of marriage, no political party should have a spouse.
- Both parties should be of sound mind, capable of giving valid consent, fit for marriage and procuring a child.
- The applying man should have completed 21 years of age, and the applying woman should have completed 18 years of age at the time of marriage.
- The parties should not fall within the degree of the prohibited relationship, unless the custom or usage governing each of them permits marriage between the two.

- On the home page of the website, you have to click on the “New User” option. After this, the next page will open in front of you.
- On this page, you have to tick the Read Announcement checkbox by selecting “Aadhar card” or “Voter ID card” and entering the number and captcha code.
