E-Grantz 3.0
E-Grantz 3.0 is an integrated online software solution for the disbursement of the different educational assistance schemes of the Scheduled Castes Development Department. If any of the candidate belong to the backward category including the scheduled caste or Scheduled tribe or other backward castes then they can apply for the various types of scholarship which are present at the E-Grantz Website. The system is launched by the concerned authorities of the Government of Kerala. E- Grantz 3.0 Scholarship
The beneficiaries of any educational assistance scheme need to first register themselves by giving their basic details such as Name, Address, Date of Birth, Gender, Mobile Number, Bank Account details and Aadhar Number. Such registered candidates can apply through the same application for different schemes. Scholarship Rewards

- For SC/ OEC Candidates
- Stipend amount of INR 630 to candidates studying in colleges which are less than 8 km from their residence.
- Stipend amount of INR 750 to candidates whose colleges are above 8kms from their residence.
- INR 1500 to candidates pursuing professional courses and reside on their own due to lack of hostel facilities
- For OBC Candidates
- The scholarship amount of INR 160 given to candidates pursuing 10+2 courses.
- For candidates pursuing PG and Professional Courses:
- Day scholars get INR 200 and hostellers get INR 250.
- For candidates pursuing Polytechnic courses
- Day scholars get INR 100 and hostellers get INR 150.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants who are willing to fill the form of E-Grantz 3.0 scholarship need to check the following eligibility criteria. Read below to know the eligibility related to academic qualification, course, family income, state etc. The student must be studying at the poles matriculation level of studies from a recognized university or board.
- The scholarship is meant for only those candidates who are permanent resident of Kerala. Thus non – resident of Kerela are not eligible for this scholarship.
- There is no income limitation for candidates belonging to SC and OECs,
- However, there is an income limit for candidates belonging to the OBC category – The income limit is INR 1 Lakh per annum for +2 course, Degree, PG, and Professional courses.
- Also, for candidates belonging to other categories – The income limit is INR 1 Lakh for +2 course, Degree, PG, Professional courses.
- , and It is mandatory that the candidate must be pursuing a Degree, Diploma, Doctoral, Higher Secondary, Polytechnic, Post Graduate, Professional, and VHSE courses.
