Telangana Health Card Scheme has been launched by the Chief Minister of Telangana. Procedure to Download Telangana Health Card (EHS)
To download the Telangana Health Care card, you have to follow the steps of the simple procedure given below.
- First, you need to visit the EHS Department, Telangana official website.
- On the homepage of the website, you have to click on the Sign-in button.
- On clicking the sign-in button, a drop-down menu will open in front of you, here you have to click on the pensioner’s option.
- A new page will open on the screen in front of you. Here you have to login by entering Username and Password in the given space.
- Next, you select the type of employee and click on Download Health Card.
- You can also take a printout of your Health Card by clicking on the “Print” option.
Procedure to Reset EHS Telangana Password
If you have forgotten the password of your employee ID, then you can easily reset the password by following the steps given.
- First, visit the official website of EHS Department Telangana State.
- On the homepage of the website, you have to click on the Sign-in button.
- On clicking the sign-in button, a drop-down menu will open in front of you, here you have to click on the pensioner’s option.
- A new page will open on the screen in front of you. Here you have to login by entering Username and Password in the given space.
- Next, you select the option “Reset Password” and click on the “Proceed” button.
- Now enter the Employee ID in the given location and click on the “Change Password” button.
In this way, you will be provided with a new password with the help of a registered email ID and mobile number.
Procedure to Check Health Card Status
You can check the health card status through the official website of Telangana State Government.
- To check the status of the health card, employees and journalists visit the official website of the Health Scheme, Government of Telangana.
- From the homepage of the website, you have to select the “Health Card Status” option from the list given under the Additional Information section.
- After selecting one of the options of “Employee ID” or “Pensioner ID”, enter the ID number and hit the “Search” button.
- Now the status of your health card will appear on your computer and mobile screen.
