YSR Aarogyasri Card 2024
The TS Aarogyasri Card Download was launched by the Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh Mr. Jaganmohan Reddy with the objective of providing health benefits to the BPL category families of the state. In this scheme, the state government provides financial assistance to those families whose annual income is less than Rs 5 lakh and who own less than 12 acres of agricultural land. With this, the couple who jointly own less than 35 acres of agricultural land and do not own any other property of their own can avail of this scheme. Even if the applicant couple has their own personal car, they cannot avail of the scheme. This scheme has been launched with the aim of providing health services mainly to the poor.

Eligibility Criteria

- Applicants must have families paying municipal property tax of less than 3000 square feet.
- Families who are filing income tax of up to Rs 5,00,000 can also apply for this scheme.
- If the applicant owns more than one vehicle, he cannot apply for this health plan.

Check Employee Enrolment Status
If you want to check Employee Enrolment Status also, then you have to follow the steps given below.
- First of all, you need to visit the Department of Health, Medical and Family Welfare, Andhra Pradesh Official Website.
- On the homepage of the website, you have to click on the “EHS” option in the menu.
- After this, a new page will open in front of you. Here you have to click on the “Search Employee Enrollment Status” link in the Employees section.
- Now you have to enter the name of the employee, date of birth, DDO details in the designated place on the next page.
- After entering all the information asked, you click on the “Search” link below.

Download Health Card
Online
- First of all, the applicant must visit the official website of Navasakam Portal or Gram Ward Sachivalyam. The homepage of the portal will display on your screen.
- On the homepage, click on the “EHS” tab in the menu bar.
- A new page will display on your screen, there click on “Download Health Card” option.
- Now, enter your user ID and click on “Go” option.
- In the next step, enter the asked information in the given space.
- Once, you enter the information the card will appear on the screen.
- Download the card and take a print out.
Offline through MeeSeva Centre
- The applicants who wish to get the “Aarogyasri Health Card” need to visit the nearest MeeSeva Centre.
- Now the MeeSeva Agent will apply for the card through his/her login ID and Password.
- You need to submit all the required information and mandatory documents with the MeeSeva Agent.
- After submitting all the information, the Agent will apply for your health card.
- Once, you have been successful registered you will receive an acknowledgement slip. You need to keep that slip safe for future use.
- You will receive your Aarogyasri Health Card from the MeeSeva centre within 15 days of registration.
